I’m Genecia Whyte—better known as Nurse GeGe. I help new nurses move from anxiety, overthinking, and self-doubt to becoming confident, emotionally grounded nurses who trust themselves in real clinical situations.

Through practical nursing tools, mindset coaching, emotional regulation, and spiritually grounded support, I help nurses communicate confidently, make safer decisions, recover from mistakes, and take the next right action—even when they don’t feel completely ready.

New nurses don’t need more pressure to “just be confident.” They need a safe place to grow, practical guidance they can use on their next shift, and someone who understands the emotional journey of becoming a nurse.

We’re not quitting nursing—we’re getting grounded.

With love, Nurse GeGe
